Look for words TRAP-TYPE in the MIB files. Then run the mib2trap command
against that file. This will create addtrap scripts. Run the scripts,
execute the command
event -e FMTCHG ( reloads the trapd.conf )
Other option you have is manually entering all traps through the GUI event
configurator.

Subject: [NV-L] Loading Traps
Hello All,
I have loaded several MIBS. Where do I get the trap definitions so I can
add them to the trapd.conf? I've looked everywhere and can find no
documentation to help me.
I'm a newbie to Netview so I appreciate any help I can get.
Thanks!
Matthew Clayton
