Jeff,
A script for the removal of installed NetView Books are available in the /TOOLS
directory of the distribution media.
rmnvbook will remove the NetView Books.
I don't have any thoughts about resolving your problem other than running
rmnvbook and reinstalling. It has worked for me in the past.

Cannot open html books or pdf version. They are not in
/usr/OV/books/C/pdf
If I try to install again it proceeds telling me everything is there.
Any ideas and is there a script to deinstall online books to clean up
.install files?
