Simple Rule for NetView to TEC?

Does anyone have a quick rule to only allow OV_Node_Up and OV_Node_Down
events to be sent from NetView to TEC? When I create a rule within the Rule
Builder
GUI and implement it with the ESE.automation file - events do not get passed
al all.
