Rule Writing

Hello,


I have a question concerning rule writing that maybe someone on the list can
help me out with.  The question is using the exec_program action can you get
the output of the script that's executed back in to the rule as a _msg?  I'm
executing a script that sends the output to a tmp file, how can I get the
text from the tmp file and back into the rule as a _msg?
