I doublechecked that the read community is fine. Any other ideas?

My guess is that you have a bad read community string for 10.1.1.5 in 
NetView.  It seems to me that he did not discover SNMP Supported on 
1.1.5.  Depending on how you have discovery setup, it would not put it 
on the map if you have "not snmp" in the seedfile.
