Problem With NetView NT netmon daemon

I'm trying to install NetView for Windows NT 5.1.1 and cannot get the
netmon daemon to run.  I get the error message:

Failed to connect to netmon's shared memory segment; error: The system
cannot find the file specified.

Any ideas on what I've done wrong?  I have a paging space of 200mb set.
