Net Director with Netview

We are running Netview 5.1 on Digital Unix.   Our client is in the process
of bringing new IBM Infinity file servers online and are wanting to
implement Net Director with Netview.   We currently use Compaq Insight
manager for our NT servers.    I am not familar with Net Director am
wondering if anyone else uses this product and what is involved in using it
with Netview.  Thanks!
