Yup. Rulesets in ESE.automation are loaded by actionsvr when he initializes.
You must re-cycle him if you make changes to ESE.automation or to the rulesets
listed there so that the old ones will dropped and new ones added.

Hello, all.
Hopefully, this is a simple question: if I have a ruleset specified in
the ESE.automation file and I make a change to the ruleset, do I need to
recycle any of the NetView daemons?
