NT snmp service startup error

Hello all,

        I know this is not a netview question but it is a part of NT MLM
install process. I am trying to start snmp service on NT        4.0
(Server), SP 5 and I am getting the following error message.

        "snmp.exe - Entry Point Not Found"

        "The procedure entry point SnmpSvcGetEnterpriseOID could not be
located in the dynamic link library snmpapi.dll"

        Service starts after this message but I can not browse mib of this
server.
