I think you ought to post "your concern".

Seems like I remember talking to one of the NetView Engineers... and
this is how they thought it should be designed

I saw your post and I was wondering the same thing. I understand why they
are
outside of the network containers created by the location.conf file, but it
is a
major job to manually cut and paste them all. Let me know if you find a
solution. Thanks.
