Unable to subscribe to the forum

Hi,

I am unable to subscribe to NetView forum. I did the 
        > SUBSCRIBE NV-L varathu s.
But I am getting the following msg.

No LISTSERV list  by the name of  "NV-L" is known to exist.  Note that lists
can be marked "confidential" and that the existence of such lists is usually
known only to the server that is actually hosting it.

Pls help me out..
