nvcold does collections not rulesets. Apply 5.1.3 and then call Support if
that doesn't help.

Subject: [NV-L] nvcold not running (NV on NT).
On one of my systems I'm still running NV V5.1.1 and the nvcold
daemon won't stay running.
If I'm not using rulesets for any of my processing, will this
affect anything (i.e. is there a default-rule that has to
be maintained)?
