Hi all
We are running Netview 5.1.2 on AIX 4.2.1
We had connectivity to a router go down, when the problem was resolved the
node still showed down, we did a demandpoll ( 32 hours later) and the
interfaces came up however we did not get a node up for this router. Why did
netview not poll this down device? and then after the demandpoll why did
Netview not send an node up? ?
On doing a ovtopodump -l the status is down but all the interfaces are up or
in an unmanaged state (see below for ovtopdump) - on the map the router is
green.
have I misread the dump?
