Shouldn't be any under just /usr.
To get past your problem, try this.
touch /tmp/.noNVPrereqCheck
and create an empty file of that name in /tmp.
If I am not mistaken, 6.0 is the first release in which we will bypass all
those prereq checks and attempt the install anyway if this file is there.

Subject: [NV-L] NetView upgrade to 6.0 from 5.1
Hi,
I am doing NetView upgrade to 6.0 from 5.1 on Solaris 2.6. I run
NetView
prerequisite script to check all the prerequisite for the upgrade.
("NVprereq.sh
server_upgrade"). I have separate filesystem for /usr/OV. The machine where
i am
doing upgrade also has /usr directory under root. While running script i
got
error for space requirement under /usr. I have 16 MB available /usr and it
requires 66 MB. Since i am upgrading NetView in /usr/OV which is a link to
different filesystem and it has 300 MB of free space why it is checking
space
under /usr? How many files NetView saves under /usr during NetView Upgrade.
Thanks for any reply,
Sunit
