Objects will not display

AIX 4.3.3 NetView 6.0.1

I have a remote router that I can ping and traceroute to, but it will not show
up on the map. Is there a way to force the addition of the interface? I have
discovery turned on, and I have placed it in the seed file as well. The
community names are set correctly. Actually I have about 50 sites that are
acting this way, but I am concentrating on one as an example. I can find no
commonality between these objects other than they are behind an ATM cloud.
