Hardware Configuration: IBM Netvista 750 MHZ/PIII/512 MB RAM
Software configuration: NT 4.0 Workstation SP6, Netview for NT 6.01
I'm configuring some traps to send smpt mail with the NVMAIL command (f.e.
nvmail -server charon.ppco.com -recipient exdehoo@ppco.com -subject Netview
Alert -message $1)
Each time the NVMAIL command is launched, it grabs 95% CPU. The mail is not
send either. The only way to release the CPU resources is to end the
process via NT Task Manager.
PS: I can ping our smpt server from the console
