I don't quite understand about your opertor account. You need a genuine NT
operator account to login with. What you do in the Fraemwork has no
beraing on the web client.
As for "I want to configure Netview Web client such that when the operator
log in to Netview Web, he will only see restricted submaps like maybe one
that show a particular smartset/submap." , there is NO WAY to do this tha I
am aware of.

Subject: [NV-L] NV Web Client

Hello List,

I am trying to run Netview Web client but have some problems with logging
in. The Netview Web server and the Netview Console (with all the daemons)
have both been started. They are running on NT. I had created a operator
account as an administrator in the framework and I could log in to the
framework. However, I could not log in to Netview Web client using the
operator account. I could only do it with the Administrator account. Is
there any Netview security account that I have to set somewhere. I want to
configure Netview Web client such that when the operator log in to Netview
Web, he will only see restricted submaps like maybe one that show a
particular smartset/submap. Please advise.

Thank you in advance,
Tsubasa Kimura
