You solve this problem in editing the file /NvEnvironment/Workspaces. There
is an entry
Label "(Null)"
for both workspaces you are using. This is the reason for this message.
Change one label entry to a different one, when both workspaces are closed.
After Restart of both event workspaces it works, when your settings in
/usr/OV/app-defaults/Nvevents are

nvevents.saveEnvOnExit   and
nvevents.loadEnvOnInit        are set to TRUE.
