if you have access to Tivoli Distributed Monitoring, there is a
wsnmptrap.exe included ( $BINDIR/lcf_bundle/sentry/w32-ix86/wsnmptrap.exe)
just copy the binary to your windows system ...

Hello All,
I am looking for a command line utility to send
SNMP TRAPS from a Windows NT/2000 server. Since
that box doesn't run any management server software,
i cannot use OpenView/NetView/CA/Tivoli send_trap
commands.
Is there any public domain send_trap executable?
I do not want to install perl on each managed server
if I can get away from using perl SNMP extensions.
