sorry for the small emotional bit. but we are struggling with a large
heterogenous network and I have seen a couple of tools (Ciscoworks,
Optivity...) doing fine on UNIX and doing not sooooo fine on NT - what
mainly depends on the OS, not on the tool, I guess. I think where are no
major functionality differences between Ciscoworks' UNIX and NT versions.
what's superior? the stability of UNIX platforms - at least at our site ;-)

I'm curious about this bit. What's superior about the Solaris
version? Doesn't the NT version have the same functionality?
