We discovered this problem on NV6.0.1 on our NT platform. Any additional
MIBs we loaded on our server were not available to our WebClients - only the
ones that came preloaded. Tivoli support opened an APAR and says a fix is
included on 6.0.2. We're in the middle of upgrading right now and should be
able to confirm this soon.

Subject: [NV-L] MIB tree in Web MIB Browser.

Hello all,

I'm using NetView 6.01 on AIX 4.3.3 Maintenance Level 8

When I'm using the MIB browser from the Netview X-terminal GUI, I have the
following subtree under the 'private' branch :

private
   - enterprise
         - proteon
         - ibm
         - cisco
         - synoptics
         - sni
         - atmForum
         - nortel
         - centillion
         - fvc

but when I use the MIB browser via the Web interface, I get the following
subtree :

private
   - enterprise
        - ibm
        - cisco
        - dec
        - compaq

can anybody tell me where this defference comes from ? Does the 'Web MIB
browser' point to another MIB file ?

Any input welcome,
thanks in advance,

Bernard Baudoux
