Popup on X-session users

Hi,

I had VetView 6.0.1 on AIX 4.3.3.
I use root (superuser) to access the map through x session, I get the pop up
messages.
I had configured additional users with user group to access the maps. Can I
get the popup message on those consoles also ? how ?
Can I increase the window session than 10 which comes by default.
