Nowhere.  If you don't enable trapd.log in server setup, then the only
place you can see traps is in the Event Browser (which is often referred to
as "tess" for "The Event Sub-System".  In NT trapd.log is not required
because trapd logs everything in tess, using either Access or SQL server.
The only difference is that trapd.log may also contain error messages from
trapd, and tess never will.
