The NetView for Unix Administrator's Guide v6.0 can be found in:
/usr/OV/books/C/pdf/AdminGuide.pdf
If the books are not there. You need to install them from the NetView CD.
Page 29, Chapter 2. Defining and Managing a Security Policy
If you haven't seen this book before, you probably should begin at Chapter
1.
