Donald,
I realized it by using NetView for OS/390.
I send SNMP traps from servers (Windows NT, AIX, Linux, ...) to the SNMPQE.
This subsystem on OS/390 forwards the traps as multiline message SNM030I to
NetView for OS/390. An entry in the automation table triggers a clist, in
which the WTO to the MVS console is sent.
It works fine.

NetView Discussion
My fellow network experts,
I need to get Linux script execution failures from a Linux box to a WTOR
message on an MVS console
Here's my first pass at a solution:
Linux-->SNMP Trap-->NetView/AIX-->TEC-->TelAlert-->???-->WTOR-->MVS Console
Does anyone have a (simple) solution how to get to MVS from TEC (or Linux)?
Is Service Point with Comm Server on NetView the only solution?
I would appreciate your insight,
