We are using Netview on Compaq DS10 computers.

We use the Netview API for SNMP requests and the first thing we do is
call OVsnmpOpen to establish an active SNMP session for communication
with an SNMP agent.

When a program terminates normally it would call OVsnmpClose to free
resources allocated by the session.

Anyone know what these resources are and would they be automatically
freed if the program terminates unexpectedly, crashes or whatever
without calling OVsnmpClose?

I am trying to establish if we will have a resources leak when the
program crashes.
