Creating Smartset

AIX 4.3 NetView 6.0.2

The answer is so simple I am proably looking right past it. I need to make a 
Smartset that contains machine Interfaces with IP address in the range of 
156.81.3.* .Since I cannot use wildcards for boolean logic, I am not sure 
how to do this?
