The web console does NOT use the same registration files as the
Motif gui, and there is no documented way to add functions to the
web console in V6. Some advanced jetty users have exchanged
tips here in the past on how to directly manipulate the web client
menus, check the archives. I've attached one here. It was all way
over my head.
I have heard that the V7.1 web client will be easier to enhance, and
that instructions will be provided. I don't know more than that yet, tho.

======= re-post =====================
hi!
none at this moment and probably never will.
you have to figure out yourself what the xml means
but i have hacked the warf files but no time to
document the exact procedure to do things, there
are even some apis hidden in the jars which are
currently only used by the cisco-works integration pack
so if you know your way around the normal registration files,
learn a little bit xml (o'reiley) and java and look into
the cisco-integration warf-file it's easy to figure out
and you can do pretty nifty things with it :)

Hello Ed,
U can create your own registration file in /usr/OV/registration/C. Check
the syntax of the file with other registraton files in the same directory
such as ovw.
Check for any errors in $HOME/nv6000.log if the registration file does not
get registered due to some syntax problem.
Regards,
Santosh

Subject: [NV-L] Can Applications be Added to Web Console Tools

Is it possible to add my own applications to the Tools drop-down list
on the Web Console? Does it use registration files like Netview? Can
I run the applications I'm now running from the Netview GUI unchanged?
