If your r/o user is getting the map via Hummingbird, this is
something that happens a lot until you tune the X-emulator.
In Hummingbird, in config, in performance, run the tuning
function (all tests) and then it stops happening.

AM Subject: [nv-l] Refresh Map
Netview 6.0.2, AIX 4.3.3
On a read-write map a router was deleted from all maps and submaps. In
order for my user to see the change, I told her to Refresh her current map
(read-only). The map did not refresh, it just shutdown and had to be
started from command line again. Isn't this a problem?
