[nv-l] IBM Target platforms

I am in the process of acquiring a 'development' machine.  We use AIX 4.3.3.
I would like to know of people on the list who use IBM's UNIX machines and
which machines you are running on and are you happy with them.  We currently
deploy F50's, but they are now discontinued.  I currently looking (none of
these would be base models, but I would be interested to hear about what
setup you are running):

RS/6000 43P Model 150
RS/6000 44P Model 270
pSeries 620 Model 6F0/6F1
Refurb F50 from IBM
