NV 6.0.3 on AIX 4.3.3 w/ ML 9
Several weeks ago I wrote about receiving an unknown HP trap. The OID is:
1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.3.9.7.1
There is a tapealrt.mib file that defines many traps with this OID. I found
the
tapealrt mib file on the CA ARCserve site. It is included in a patch CA
provides
for ARCserve (backup software).
I'm looking for information for specific traps 83, 228, 300, 4097. The traps
are coming from
Compaq servers with HP tape drives installed. Compaq support will not
provide any
assistance. I'm awaiting word from HP.
Please help if you can.
