FYI...

I also had the same problem with 7.1 for NT.  I opened PMR 46211 back in
Nov.  APAR PJ28322 was created.  No fix yet!

The workaround that Oliver suggested is how I got around my problem.

Martina,

I have seen this very rarely...

A workaround is to temporary configure ipmap to show the "Physical
Address"
and then switch back to "IP Address".

      Hi there,

On NetView 6.0 (aix 4.3.3) the "new discovered Interfaces" get shown
without any label,
although the map-configuration is on: show interfac-labels with ip-adress.

Does anybody have an idea?
