Scott,
This is all I can tell you from info that I got from the mib.
This is the text that I put in trapd.conf:
 
The disassociate notification shall be sent when the STA sends a Disassociation frame. The value of the notification shall include the MAC address of the MAC to which the Disassociation frame was sent and the reason for the disassociation.
My understanding is that this wireless system is an "Executive Use Only" technology for use at their homes  :)  (Read as Radio Shack or equivalent)

I recently received traps from my one of 2 Cisco 350 Wireless Access Points. Does anyone know what this trap means?
