Previously I've used:
$ snmpwalk [router]
ip.ipNetToMediaTable.ipNetToMediaEntry.ipNetToMediaPhysAddress
which gives lots of output like:
ip.ipNetToMediaTable.ipNetToMediaEntry.ipNetToMediaPhysAddress.1.10.10.19.1
: OCTET STRING- (hex): length =3D 6
0: 00 00 e3 65 61 4b -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --
...go;..........
One issue you might have is that unless the newer Nortel software has
changed the default, (or you have yourself) they'll never age out old ARP
entries.
