Let's do this on the list.

It is platform dependent.  trapd on UNIX perforce works differently than 
trapd on Windows
NetView for UNIX supports SNMP V2 traps.  NetView for NT does not, because 
the Microsoft Trap Service which feeds him, throws them away.
