Dominic,
You have turned on trap forwarding in the Event Configuration context.
Don't do that.... Change it back to: [Do Not Forward]

This option is only used if you have configured trapd to forward traps to another SNMP manager.
It is NOT for TEC. TEC forwarding is configured via Administer --> Server Setup or SMIT.

Hello, aix4.3.3 nv7.1, i add new trap in ruleset to forward to the tec but i
receive this error on event windows. anybody has suggestion ?
