Per documentation (7.1.1 Release notes) Tivoli NetView Version 7.1.1 is a
full image, and can either be installed fresh, or as an upgrade to previous

I'm at AIX 4.3.3. Framework 3.7.1. Preparing OS for maintenance level 8.
I'm currently at NV 6.0.3.
Do I have to go to 7.1 first then 7.1.1 or go directly to 7.1.1?
