Maxime,

if you still want them ping-polled you can force it by putting an entry
with leading ^ in the
seedfile (this is undocumented in NetView 6 but will work).

They are checked with snmp automatically if they contain unnumbered
serial interfaces, since these cannot be checked with ping.

Hello,

Netview 6.0.3
AIX 4.3.3

I have lots of routeur which doesn't have a $ in front of their names in
the seedfile but they are check with SNMP ( and i want them to be check by
ping)
And i also do not have any P in the oid_to _type
How can i avoid that SNMP polling?
