[nv-l] Where is dfm.sh?

Solaris 2.8

I wish to integrate Cisco's DFM with NV (I really just want the trap
definitions) and seem to remember the existence of "dfm.sh" on the
Tivoli website, but I can't find it anywhere. Did they pull it?

Does anyone out there in NetView-land know where it is or where I can
get dfm.sh?
