When we wrote the Redbook, "Tivoli NetView 6.01 and Friends" one of the
residents wrote a script for automatically keeping the cache size 20%
higher then actual count. You will find the 8.3.2 section on page 420 of
the book. It was recommended to run the script once a week during your
maintenance window.
