I did not realize the patch had shipped to upgrade to 3.1.7.   In any case,
this is always subject to change as problems are reported, or new
features are needed, so keep that in mind.     As for jetty and CGI, a
quick
look at http://jetty.mortbay.org/jetty/demoServlets.html  (they've changed
from a .com to a .org now) shows a CGI demo, so there is probably doc
somewhere there concerning CGI.
