We have not experimented with SNMPv2 up to now, but are trying to configure Netview (v6.03) to pull back data collection information on 64-bit SNMPv2 counters. We loaded the v2 mib under the "Load/Unload SNMPv1/SNMPv2" option but regardless of what mib we query from Tools->MIB Browser->SNMPv1/SNPv2, Netview always indicates it is using SNMPv1 to send the request. We can get v1 data, but not the v2 64-bit counters. We believe the Cisco devices we are querying support these v2 mibs (from the ifXTable). Can someone explain what we are doing wrong? Thanks, Mark Lemire
