James, thanks for the reply.

We have version 6.0.2.  I have checked the documentation, but cannot find the
answers that I'm looking for.
I'd like to know if you can manually add devices into a smartset?
Why when creating smartsets that if filtering by "Selection Name" the whole name
of the device doesn't show up on the map?  They all have the same shortened
name.  Is there a file that that info is stored in?
How do I add a child submap to a smartset?
These probably seem a little elementary, but I'm new.

What version of NetView do you have?

The documentation ships with the product, in both html and pdf format.  On
UNIX see /usr/OV/books/C and pick tml or pdf.  Ditto on NT,
\usr\ov\books\c

Hello,
     I'm looking for some help with Netview. I've just been handed the
application and have an admin guide and that's about it. Does anyone know
where
I can get more electronic documentation? Specifically, I'm looking for
more info
on smartsets. I've tried the Tivoli website but find it very difficult to
maneuver . Unfortunately, we also have no Tivoli support. Any and all help
is
appreciated.
