Willie -

I hope that by now you have called IBM Support in your local area and 
received some assistance..  US export regulations would prevent me or any 
other IBMer  from sending you parts of a licensed product via e-mail.  So 
unless some other user has already helped you, I would urge you to pick up 
the phone or whatever method you usually use to obtain help from IBM. They 
should be staffed 24 hours a day.
