[nv-l] Netview X GUI WEB DEVICE MGMT does not show up??

NV 7.1
SOL 2.6

WEB DEVICE MGMT menu does not sho up.

I have SOURCED the /usr/OV/bin/NVenviroment
I have no security enabled.

When using X GUI from root (admin) user DEFAULT map, I have TOOLS /
WEB DEVICE MGMT  menu available.

If NON root(admin) user and READ only map or new map with R/W perms ,
menu for WEB still does not show up.


Any ideas?
