 I restarted trapd and then  started tecad_nv6k adapter and everything
works fine;-)...so the conclusion is that the trapd wasn't running healthy.

>From the entry below, it appears that tecad_nv6k is not able to connect
with trapd.   Is trapd running and healthy?   You might try stopping
and restarting trapd, then restarting the adapter.
