I've heard from at least one other practitioner that he is NOT having that
sort of problem on Solaris 2.8 with the required patches.

I am corr'ing v7.1.2 all over the place on Solaris 2.8 - fresh load, fresh
OS (with patches)

Heres the laundry list already this morning:

May 29 10:32 /usr/OV/PD/cores/ipmap/core
May 24 20:00 /usr/OV/PD/cores/netmon/core
May 29 09:46 /usr/OV/PD/cores/netviewd/core
May 29 09:24 /usr/OV/PD/cores/ovtopmd/core
May 29 10:26 /usr/OV/PD/cores/ovw/core

I am running with the "discover all subnets" option on in discovery and no
netmon filter/seed critera (open discovery). Anyone else got this kind of
problem?
