If you are seeing 58720263 in trapd.conf with an event class
of TEC_ITS_SNMPCOLLECT_THRESHOLD, that is
upgraded, OK, and it sounds as if you are seeing all the ohter TEC_ITS*
events in the recept. log...   Hmm.  It  could be something strange such as a queued
message  in the TEC cache file (/etc/Tivoli/tec/cache).   I almost hate to ask, but
could the OV_DataCollectThresh in the reception log be from another
NetView in your environment, or an older event?   The other thing to verify
is that nvcorrd is running with TEC_ITS.rs (see tecint.conf).
