[nv-l] NV Port 34611?

NetView 6.0.3 on AIX 4.3.3 

Does anyone know why NV would be listening on port 34611.  It is an 
unassigned port via iana.org and the local /etc/services file. It appears 
that traffic wants to talk to this NetView UDP port across our firewall.
