You will have to be more specific than this. What specifically are you
trying to determine?
NetView adds some entries to /etc/services so that the ports its processes
use are specified there, but not all do. In some cases, the process will
then read /etc/services to see what port to use, in others it must be
specifically configured in the lrf file for that daemon and put into the
ovsuf file by ovaddobj. I would start by reading the man page for the
particular daemon that interests you. The same information is also
reproduced in the Admin Reference.
